@Paul > Have you set each of the players to a different MIDI channel on the utility page? It's typically okay even if they're set the same, but just in terms of troubleshooting, give that a try and / or change your USB cables.

Follow[CLOSED] Issue with my Pioneer CDJ 400's and new Macbook or Serato
I have a back up rig that I put together consisting of a Rane TTM57sl and 2 Pioneer CDJ 400's. My computer is a new Macbook Pro. I used this set up for the first time at an event, and for some reason I was only able to get one of the CDJ 400's to be recognized by the computer. I tried a changing to a new USB hub, but the same thing happened.
Any advice?
Paul

Try going into the software forums of Rane and combine the two 400's as one so that the program recognizes the 400's.
@DJ Twamp > That's not necessary as the 400's soundcards are not used by Serato.
That's right I'm thinking Traktor
i have solved this problem using powered usb hub! Manhattan and Belkin works good.
im having a problem: my mac book only has 2 usb ports. need 3 to run my serato and my 2 cdj 400. ive bought a belkin powered hub and connected the 2 players to it while the serato is in a port by itself. the serato comes up but not the players (in deck mode). ive also tried plugging in the serato into the powered hub along with 1 player and 1 player in a a port by its self. now when i do this it will give me the (deck mode) on the player that is plugged in by itself, and the serato will come on but not the player on (deck mode) thats hooked up to that powered hub. please help
@Mark > The SSL box should be connected directly to the computer and the players should be connected via the USB hub. Be sure that the players are connected and in PC mode BEFORE you launch Scratch Live.
after the last updating of firmeware not recognize the usb hub plus the 2 CDJs 400.
@Marcelo > I've no idea what problem you are referencing as you haven't posted in this thread at all before. What problems are you having exactly?
