I'm not sure as I've not heard of that happening before - have you tried changing the MIDI map settings for the faders?
I recently purchased 2 Pioneers CDJ 2000's and a DJM 900 Nexus mixer and after setup with Serato SL-1, everything seems to be working fine until i tried doing a bit of video mix. Then i noticed that even though faders on the 900 mixer are pushed to the extreem end i get a interference in video as i never experienced that on my DDJ-S1. Once faders are moved the video exits automatically but on the 900, i have to eject video as it is irritating to watch. is there a way to fix this? I'm suspecting that i might need a dicer but still thought i ask help here first.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for your response, i haven;t changed the MIDI map settings yet. I Didn't even think of that, i will let you know if that helped.
are you using actual serato video or mix emergency ? you could try hitting c on your keyboard to change the midi settings in serato when you are mapping that should work
