[SOLVED] Serato windows 8 alternative
I just bought a DDJ-SB. I installed everything and followed every step in the manual. but the problem is the DJ software Serato doesn't support Windows 8 so i actually bought a controller and cant do anything with it. So is there an alternative DJ software that works the same like Serato but IS compatible with Windows 8

The most important thing would be to make sure you've disabled your user account control or simply force the application to Run as Administrator every time.
Until Serato officially provides support for Win8, you CAN use it, but it's at your own risk.
You could use other software... Native Instruments officially supports Win8, Virtual DJ recommends Win7... so you can see it's not 100% across the board even though Win8 has been out for about a year.
