Rekordbox Compatibility with iTunes 12.2.0 *DO NOT UPGRADE*

Just downloaded the new iTunes and noticed that when syncing itunes with Rekordbox and having playlists inside of folders Rekordbox does not recognize it as a folder, instead as a playlist (combining all the playlists in the folder together). Help! I cant update my flashdrive.
