Currently, no. My recommendation is to use iTunes (but not 12.2!) to do a similar function, if you have your playlists within iTunes already.

intelligent playlist feature
Hi, is there a way to create an intelligent playlist that contains all the tracks in the collection that are not in any playlist.

this is the type of thing i was talking about pulse, I'm sure for most it would be fine without it but for me who's not so organised because of the nature of my sets it would be a good feature :-)
