DDJ-SB crashing after 10 minutes of mixing every time

Hey,

I have bought the DDJ-SB and i tried it the other day with the software that came on the disk (driver/firmware) on an virtual dj based setup. after 10 minutes it crashed. then i tried to use serato still no succes. I checked the site and updated the firmware to 1.0.6 or something (the latest one). did not fix the issue.

i tried switching from pc (from my 32 bit win vista to my 64 bit win8.1) but it did not help. also at this new pc i tried to update driver and i tried several dj softwar (Virtualdj 7,8 serato dj intro and the full version) still no succes.

it's not that one button is making it crash just after around 10 minutes it crashes and sends no more signal to the software. if i move a button on the console it does not move in the dj software.

What is the problem and how do i fix this?
