xdj r1 internal mixing messing up.

so i downloaded the tsi file a couple of month back and hooked my mac with tractor scratch pro 2, imported the file and worked like a charm. last week i hooked it up and when i selected xdj r1 the volume faders were not visible. i played on deck A music came out and B also but i couldn't lower the volume of deck B only A. i tried to change some settings on the input and output and had different results like no sound from the speakers although equalizers were showing sound then music from the laptop and it went back to built in mode. how can i fix this or the settings. are there photos to see the whole settings and how they should be? or is there a way to delete the tsk and download it again? i ended up using external mixing but with no control over volume too or gain even.
