2 REALLY SUPER IMPORTANT XDJ RX Questions bros..

#1 Can I actually do Rekordbox analyzing / Gridmarking .. etc on the unit? I was under the impression I could and I'm not seeing any hint of it.

#2 In your best opinion what would be the best way to use this unit to as closely as possible resemble the Nexus setup (which functions to avoid...etc) as that's the primary reason I bought it. So I guess to simplify, what would I need to use/not use to make it feel as close to a regular 2000 set up as possible.

1) The RX does not perform the analysis, you'll need to do that in rekordbox on your computer. You CAN edit the grids and make adjustments.

2) There's a lot of differences between the units, some plusses, some minuses. For example, there's 4 hot cues on the RX and only 3 on the CDJs. The jog on the CDJ is larger, has tension adjust, the RX does not. I can't make a full suggestion as every DJ uses them differently and expects different things. What I would suggest is that you read the manual and watch videos in order to familiarize yourself with the unit and its operations.
