Connecting Pioneer ios app and the DDJ-RZ

Does anyone know how to connect the Pioneer app for the iPhone to the DDJ-RZ?

You don't. The rekordbox mobile app is designed to be used with non-rekordbox-only devices such as the XDJ series and CDJs.
