Hey, i got a 10 month old ddj sx yesterday second hand. It was working for him as i seen it myself any how since i got home im having difficulty setting it up. It has latest firmware and i have the latest serato update. But the trouble is when it connects to serato at first if i load a song to deck 1 the music will play with the channel faders down. The level meter doesnt light up on channel 1. The load button above deck one doesnt light up. Also the Leds in the Jog Wheels aren't going around and around as the song plays. The person i bought off used this with traktor would that cause an issue?

Could, there is a key stroke set-up to get the unit to run Traktor, you can find it here http://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/ddj-sx you may need to follow the key strokes to bring the unit back to running Serato DJ.
