What type of file are you loading in rekordbox and how was it encoded?

Hi I have this controller and I actualize the new version of rekordbox 3.2 and I have the same problem that my controller not analyze the tracks in rekordbox can someone help to solve this problem because I need to fix this please contact me: malonzomendoza@yahoo.com thanks.
