Rekord box - Major Issues with exporting and devices and XDj1000+Nexus2000 mixer

I have just got myself the DJM 2000 Nexus & XDJ-100 Players, I have connected the Lan on these, but as I do not have wireless I have tried connection one XDJ and also the mixer straight to my pc Lan port, I get my playlist I have sorted in record box to show up on my players.
I then bought myself a USB stick although I know find out its exFat and it is not suppose to work, although I managed to export my tracks to it and they worked, although I had to redo it all again but now it wont be recognised, so this has confused me, why work the first time when it is not supposed to ? .

I also have no option to change the format when reformatting the USB, and funny enough this is also the case for my external Drive, so now iam not sure what I must get or do to be able to put my playlist tracks onto a Usb Stick, I have looked at all online sources and the manual I received for my hardware is basic and the online docs are very brief in description of how to do all this, their does not seem to be a single step by step that does not miss any info out its like I am suppose to be a mind reader and fill in the blank, also when it comes to info on the switchable Lan hardware option, I have tried shopping hi and low and I find nothing and I am not really given any info on how this will work in relation to my hardware and rekord box, and I was thinking this Lan would be my best option.

I am quite clued up on most stuff, but the lack of thorough walkthrough help has led me to guessing and just trying any way I can think of to try and do what I did the first time round, but I have no joy, cant remember if it worked through the Lan link direct or via my hardware USB link, although I though I had just dragged my analysed tracks all in one go to the USb connected to my PC, the first thing I did was plug in my usb to my player and when I looked at it had added some rekord box folder automatically, then I plugged it into my PC and just dragged my folder onto it and all was good, but as I mention now nothing it working, and the export in record box is greyed out. Sorry for my explanations but I am really tired after the last two weeks trying to find out what to do step by step and all in one place, I have a lot of explanations as to what does what but not much on how to do this stuff, I have exhausted all my avenues into solving this as well as being quite snint after my purchase I just don't want to end up buying the wrong switchable Lan Or new Usb etc (Talking about Usb I have also looked high and low to purchase a Kuvo Usb stick and cant find anything ?)

Any advice on what I should do next or even better a full step by step tutorial on much of the stuff I mention above, their should be but I don't see ?

Thanks help is much appreciated and again sorry for not understanding but I never really get most manuals many always seem to jump and miss important info out that links together in a way relevant to my understanding I always find they presume a little too much, I prefer the video walk through, and as with linking the Lan or USb on my hardware not a single bit of in-depth help .
