ddj.rz firmware

am on OS.10.9.5 am trying to update the version of my ddj.rz firmware to ver.106 but i keep on getting the , An error has occurred, it was not possible to update the program . and am starting to think its a pioneer problem cus its the same error on all my three macs.

Trying to get some info on this for you guys, it seems the firmware download is missing so I can't even test it.

I got the firmware updated but now there is no audio outputting at all except from the OSC Sampler, ive tried updating the drivers idk what else to do

@Sam > Thanks, I also found out why the RZ firmware link went missing from the main support page.

I was able to grab a copy of the file and it runs just fine (OS X 10.10.5), you need to make sure you're NOT using Safari to download it as it seems to try and auto-extract and somehow damages the disk image.

There shouldn't be anything asking to "update the program" -- do you even get to the language selection?
