XDJ-R1 E-8709

Hello Guys.
Today i start my XDJ-R1 for the firstime.
After startup the Error E-8709 comes to the Display.
Need Help!!!

Does the consolle start to play? Or just after startup? Usb inserted? Cd inserted?

Just After Startup. No USB, no CD

I have no idea...it could be an hardware failure.

I'm with the above answer, a piece of Hardware had failed, maybe because its been dropped, or due to a power surge a component had failed, you will have to get it serviced.
