i recently have an error i can not explain to myself. I am using rekordbox for some time now and I never had any problems. I updated to the 4.0.0 and there was not any error aswell.
But now, I am unable to open rekordbox, I already uninstalled it and tried again but sadly I am not able to open it.
Can you please help me?

Is your issue that you can not find rekordbox launcher icon?
If so, go to following address and then open "rekordbox.exe."
C:\Program Files\Pioneer\rekordbox 4.0.2
If you are facing with another issue, why you can not open rekordbox?
No, there is no issue with the icon whatsoever. Everything seems fine, I installed the program and finished the task.
But when I want to open rekordbox, my computer simply does not do it.
A notification pops up instead: If I agree, that rekordbox can make so program changes..
I can either click yes or no, nothing happens afterwards.
Reinstall 4.0.1 thats what I had to do. My RZ cue buttons didnt function after .2 and the lag was unreal

Does this replicate if you download and install 4.0.3 (released yesterday)?
If the issue has still occur, let us some information.
- What Windows are you running?
- Would you check [Windows task manager] by [CTRL-ALT-DELETE] and then force to quit rekordbox.exe in process tab? and check whether it works or not.
- Would you send us the screenshot of the notification pops up?
