Starting track from beginning when active loop is in the middle of the song

I have a track with an active loop in the outro..however, when trying to play the song live, it always started from the beginning of the loop. Skipping back only went to the previous track.
I would like to keep the outro loop automatically set, but be able to start from the beginning..

which decks?

maybe you auto cue level is set to the first cue point which would be that auto loop f you did not create a memory point before that. just a guess, not sure why it would do this, I use active loops a lot and never had this issue on 2000's
