Master output not very loud!

I'm having an issue with my xdj and the master output. Coming from a Numark NS7 ii, I would have my master set at 12:00 and the output would be nice and loud! With the XDJ-RX, I have to max out the master level to get sufficient output and it still doesn't come close to the Numark! Any thoughts?
