I need at least 16 beats / 4 bars for the echo fx of the S9.
I'm using it as a hold echo sometimes to loop record scratches to create a beat on the fly and then play samples or do vocal backspins on top of it.
This has never been a issue on my Rane Sixty-Two, so please Pioneer add parameters for the echo up to 16 or even better 32 beats.

This should be so easy for Pioneer, since it's only adding the numbers 8, 16 and 32 to the parameters. It's not a new feature and allready there, so please bring this to the next firmware update to keep up with Rane.
would be awesome if people from Pioneer actually read the posts on this forum. While they're at it they could make the alterations to on board FX parameters save when I turn the mixer off.
All I learned from using Pioneer Gear is, that Pioneer doesn't care at all. As soon as they got your money you're lost. I really had a glimpse of hope this might have changed now, but it has not :(
This mixer and their lack of interest and bad customer support keep making me mad every day since I got this mixer.
Just because I haven't posted doesn't mean this hasn't been noted by the product teams for consideration in a future update.
I just gave Eskei my list, before his last meeting in the UK a few weeks ago ;)
Only difference, I paid for the mixer at a regular shop, because unlike all other brands in the industrie, Pioneer didn't want me in their camp or at least come up with a little artists discount. You see, I'm still not only ranting, but also keep helping you guys, even with now support coming back.
Contrary to popular belief, not even all top level DJs get stuff free or discounted.
That's their own problem/decission ;)
Vestax, Stanton and Rane have allways been kind to me. Of course I had to do some little things like presentations at Musikmesse or put their logos on eventposters and so on. I even worked at the office / distribution for some brands myself, so I know about all the phonecalls and emails about free stuff and discounts very well. On the other side I also know the system of sending out gear for testing and having rental contracts for a few months and sometimes even years and then sending it back after a period of time.
But I guess we don't have to go any deeper here.
I still have hope, since Pioneer is new in this turntablism/performance nerdgame, even if the brand itself is one of the marketleaders for years now, that they will come up with some little changes here and there and everything is gonna be allright one day.
Happy holidays!
