DDJ Ergo vs. STEM-Files

Hi all
I've got problems with my DDJ Ergo, (used with Native Instruments F1, Traktor Pro 2 (Vers. 2.10.0 13)) and the new STEM-Files from Native Instruments.

If I select for example deck A (it doesn't matter which deck) to a STEM-Deck, all the lamps (LED's) on this deck switches off and I can't use any button of this deck. Also the MIDI-Indicator LED stays dark if I press a button on this deck.

So I can't start the track with the play button on my DDJ, I can't set CUE-Points, I can't do nothing...

If I set the same deck back to a REMIX Deck or a Track Deck, the LED's switches on and I can use the deck as usually (loaded STEM will be deleted automaticly).

I've contacted Native Instruments also, but they just mean, the problems should be on my Pioneer DDJ Ergo.

It looks like I'm the only one with this problem. I've also looked for some reports on the internet, without results...

Maybe it's just a mapping problem, but I can't find a newer mapping file as the "PIONEER_DDJ-ERGO_V120"

I'm really thankful for some suggestions.

thx

@Senso > Unfortunately the DDJ-ERGO mapping files were created for use with the performance decks, not sample decks, remix decks or STEM decks. If you wish to use the ERGO in a non-standard configuration you will need to customize the mappings yourself or find one done by a 3rd party or another end user.

Hi Pulse
Thanks for your answer!
I can' t believe that the mapping is not made for using Remix- or Sample Decks. They works very well. That the mapping is not made for STEMS, that could be. But, I' not sure, I thought that at the beginning, as I installed the update for traktor (STEM compatible version) the STEM Deck worked well, but only once...

By the way, do you have a link to a simple explaining video to make an own mapping?

Thx
