Is there something we can help you with or have you returned whichever controller is giving you problems?

I'm having problems with my left Jog wheel on my DDJ RX it stops sometimes.
I'm planning on calling pioneer on monday . I only have this controller a week now .

What do you mean by "stops sometimes" ?

I meant rekordbox DJ would stop for example if I'm scratching or slowly rotating the jog wheel back and forth I will have no control of rekordbox on deck 1 and 3. The right side work perfect never had any problems

Thats correct, it's not manipulates the software when moving the left jog wheel.

Does it pitch-bend at all? I'm wondering if perhaps you simply don't have vinyl mode enabled?

So yesterday I found out it was the software, what I did I deleted all the pioneer and rekordbox folders and files and applications in my mac book .Then did a fresh install of rekordbox and the problem went away .

I played around for 45 min yesterday and no problem so hopefully that fixed the problem.

My right jog wheel isn't working please help me out with this.The left wheel is good but the right side is only displaying THRU I don't know what happened

Switch these back over to USB A:

My Ddj 400 Rekordbox player is not functioning well, the left jog is scratching backwards, the right jog is working perfectly, but the left jog is scratching backwards and am really confused now.

Rekordbox 5.8.5 app

@Ayomiposi > Please open rekordbox, click the MIDI button, then click the DEFAULTS button, don't save the file and see if that restores the functionality of the jog.
