Hi all,
I am running an eval of the latest Rekordbox 4.0.4 and I've noticed there is a bit of lag with the waveforms in both Performance and Export Mode...
The more you push sound and fx's the worse it gets.....
I used a logging software to monitor CPU and Memory and there is no issue here.
Laptop Specs
1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 (Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz) with 3MB shared L3 cache

your Macbook is near the Minimum System requirements so you should not expect too much , you can analyze all Tracks before you play and set the Latency little higher (depending what Controller you use) but keep in mind the Macbook Air is not a high performance machine
