Installed new SSD - Unable to read iTunes xml

I replaced my hard drive with a new SSD, and then transferred over my music manually to the new drive. Ever since then, Rekordbox has not been able to read the iTunes xml file properly.

I have gone through the FAQ troubleshooting support, but even after adjusting my iTunes and Rekordbox preferences as instructed, the xml still can't be read. I've seen other similar forums but no clear solution.
