The AERO has a pretty flawless WIFI hotspot built into the unit ... WHY the 2000nxs, didn't have the same, god only knows but we are where we are, and its about getting the best out of these machines i paid £3000 for !!

Im still thinking of work arounds that will avoid extra wires and extra connections and DONT need a 3rd party solution ...

The idea that appeals to me is plugging my IPHONE or Android, turning on the "Personal Hotspot" - and allowing other devise's to Piggie back, on the I phone's wifi signal.

This would eliminate the need for a WIFI Router, the router I have brought has given me nothing but issues.

Apple are tried and tested, your development team should look at this possibility.

If not why don't your team release a special WIFI connector for the Nexus, this would be a massively beneficial thing to do. An in-house tested Wifi solution that would allow 2 CDJ2000 Nexus to connect to a IPHONE, Mac or Android - built and designed by Pioneer, no messing about, just plug n play.

You are a multi million pound company, im sure your developers would relish this challenge.

It would also be a working solution, to make up for the lack of BUILT IN WIFI (this was a major oversight!!)

Please have a look at this from UK TV Service "Sky" ... they have a similar issue with their PVR TEVO like boxes, a Ethernet connection and NO WIRELESS.

They have just updated their software and on demand service to work with their new in-house WIFI BOX !! A fantastic idea, and a solution that just works, no 3rd part messing about of half way houses - it plugs in, it boots up and it works !!

The Nexus needs something like this . Just plug it in, and it does the job, im wasting hours on trying to get the wifi working on these !!

You could even power it by plugging it into the USB socket, there is an idea !! Please have a look at ...

If Sky can do this ... Pioneer, a Global force can make it happen
