[CLOSED] I returned my XDJ R1

Time is money!!  this unit is hopeless at the moment.  I'm going back to the aero until the xdj1r is fully working.   Thanks again pioneer for wasting money I havnt got...

if pioneer don't solve this problem i think that more people return xdj r1 ,,, i hope that pioneer is fast to solve with a new firmware

I hoped they would, but it's already been too long for me. How many updates will it take?   They havnt even fixed all the problems with the aero, and it's been a year...

It took them two months to fix the mic issue on the ddj-sx, multiply that by at least ten for the R1.

Mine is going back this week. I can't wait any longer and I can't even sell it on the used market.

I can't get my money back so I have to settle for another product on agiprodj.

This is what I get for not buying at [RETAILER].

I appreciate all your frustrations and for that I can only apologise. I have been working closely with the engineers to bring all these issues to their attention and a firmware will become available very soon, that has addressed issues raised by you all. I don't have an expected date.
