Rifht-Click (or ctrl + click if Mac) the any of column displayed above of the track list, like Preview, Track Title album, et. al.
Click "Artwork" in the menu and the CD will hide

Hide grey artwork icon in playlist browse view?
I do not use any artwork images for any of the tracks in my collection, yet when I browse the playlist, on the left there is a grey icon (top half of a CD) that just takes up space. How can this be turned off so more of the track name is visible in this view?

I should have been more clear. I need to hide the artwork icon on the actual CDJ2000 when browsing playlists / folders. The icon is still there although none of the tracks have artwork images so it's just taking up precious space on the screen.
