We don't know yet- but they did mention "DVS in the future" so it's coming- good point though cause USB connection would mean less cables ;)
As per title, will RB DJ support the PLX via time code vinyl? I'm thinking they could release updates for the mixers so they would recognise the time code signal and send through to usb or pro dj link (what ever will be used for DVS)

Most mixers already support time code in some format, as the majority of them already have audio interfaces capable of it.
The DVS support is listed on the rekordbox site without a date:

As Pulse said we definitely DO know it IS coming but I was more curious with the other part of your comment? You mention USB connection means less cables but I was curious of what other way you thought this was even possible. If/when this does happen I would assume it would work the same way it does with every software, no?
TT's connected to mixer via RCA Phono cables and mixer connected to laptop via USB correct? Was there some other way you were implying?
I see some yahoo do a video on YouTube asking pioneer to make the up coming rekordbox DVS to work over the pro dj link, I too think this would be a good idea and will help save cable usage and streamline and simplify connections. I don't use and have no need for usb except for recording
It can't work over the link due to latency and universal connectivity standards already established via HID.
