Using DVS with Technics 1200

Trying to use DVS with Technics1200 m3ds.  I keep getting the timecode signal upon output.  Shure m44-7 is the needle being used along with Serato Timecode 2.5 vinyl.  Also the track is gray out on the GUI.  The equipment stated on this page works perfectly with Serato Scratch Live using SL1 box.  There were no specific set up instructions for CDJs and Turntables.  I was under the impression that it was pretty much a plug n play set up.  Unfortunately, it has been very painful for me to set up external devices.  There should be a better set of instructions or a link to use DVS when purchasing high priced and high end equipment such as the Pioneer DDJ SZ.

Anybody else having this issue?  If so, how was it resolved?

Just so I am clear, are you using Serato Scratch Live or Serato DJ?

Considering the DDJ-SZ doesn't work with Serato Scratch Live, I'd guess he means Serato DJ. ;)

@Valentino > The track is gray because you didn't change the input and configure that channel for DVS.

Do you have the DVS plugin for Serato DJ?

I referring that the technics 1200 works fine with the SL 1 box fine. It is obvious that Serato scratch live does not work with the Pioneer DDJ SZ. It was simply a statement.

I was under the impression that the Pioneer DDJ SZ has DVS already enabled

I figured out the issue.  I cannot connect external analog devices because the MacBook Pro that I am using is running EL Capitan 10.11.2.  "Per the announcement made November 19th, the DDJ-SZ now has updated drivers, however Serato still notes that Serato DJ is not yet fully compatible with the DDJ-SZ, even running the latest drivers, and they advise against upgrading to El Capitan at this time."

I guess I'll have to wait until Serato DJ because fully functional with EL Capitan 10.11.2

Please Advise when the update is fully functional for user that have the EL Capitan Operating System
