Hi pioneer

2 years back i bought pioneer dj sx at a time when it was not even launched in India . after using for 1 and half year i started getting problems with the controller and after 6 months things just went from bad to worse . since i use the controller almost on daily basis i could not cope with the problem and thought of selling it and buying a new pioneer ddj sx 2 from Rivera international Mumbai. who told me they will check and send the controller in full working condition when i asked them to send me box seal pack which was a very nice and vise decision since i was doing the payment online instead of paying cash. now that i have my controller shipped and have it with me on right next day of payment, im so excited to just open it plug, check and play to take it right away for my gig in the evening . as i was checking almost everything is working fine until i come to know that the touch pad button of the left side deck is not showing any sensibility at all. since i have my gig in the evening i started to worry and soon called my dealer to check about it . after sending some videos they told me to ship it back to us . now that i have shipped it back after few days i call to check the status the reply comes is we will replace the module of the deck meaning they will repair my new controller which i had just bought a few days back with the manufactures default and not replace it with a new one as mentioned and promised my pioneer all over the world "correct me if im wrong with that please"
a request to pioneer please replace my new controller and not repair it coz i cant waste time on the sending the controller back to the work shop again and again reason i have to spend almost double the amount of my gigs to the rented player which is becoming very difficult for me right now.

Hoping to get the problem solved very soon please

Pioneer almost never returns a new-in-box product when another is sent for repair. It's at the discretion of the repair center as to whether the original unit is repaired, a refurbished unit is sent as a replacement or a new unit is provided. You will have to take it up with the repair shop or retailer as to their policy.

After getting the pioneer ddj sx 2 controller on 15 sep 2015 i finally got it after 2 days . in my earlier mails i had also mentioned that before ordering the dealer told me they will check the controller and send it in all working condition but since that dint happen as i got the controller with faulty touch pads. now that the dealer and pioneer tells me that i wont get a replacement of a new player i still had to send it back for repairing of the touch pads. now that i ship back the controller to Rivera international they again tell me it will take more then 2 weeks for the part to come and then few days to repair also keeping in mind that this a festive season in India so another week for public holidays keeping that in mind i tell them to send my controller back to me so that i don't waste my money on outsourced players. (after few more weeks) now that every thing is almost in place i have told the dealer that im shipping the player back for repairing which they agree to and they receive it by next day. when i call back to check for status of the controller only i get to know that the situation is worse then before coz they have to replace the main board as told by the dealer and they are not sure if that is going to solve the issue.

the controller as already cost me double the amount of money. in these case if pioneer is not ready to give a replacement piece i would be forced to deny accepting the player cz im not sure how many more times i will have to send it for repairing . and i also hardly used the controller .

if i really wanted to repair then i could have given my old pioneer ddj sx and cz i din hv to waste time and money on all this i bought a new improved version. as my old pioneer ddj sx is having some channel and sound card issues. technically if we to see im not even buying a new controller i mean buy a piece and give it repair the very next day....

Requesting pioneer to kindly look into this and help please.
