Rekordbox 4.0.1 Performance and IDLE Cpu usage

So I just downloaded and installed Rekrodbox 4.0.1 I'm running it on a Core i7 Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 laptop with a 512GB SSD and 8GB of RAM.

Idle CPU usage with 4.0.1 is between 8-33% under when I look at windows 10 process tab in task manager. I have not attempted as of yet to see what the performance numbers look like if I attempted to perform off of the application.

Loading up 3.30 in the same place it is showing between .4 and 3% cpu usage is that normal? Why the huge increase in resource usage?
