Select all, control (PC) or command (MAC) + click the folder you don't want (which deselects it), drag and drop into rekordbox for import.

Exclude a folder?
is it possible to exclude a folder?
I scanned my music folder, but there is one sub-folder within this main folder I'd rather exclude from the results shown if that's possible?
