Unable to Export

I am unable to export my playlist. Every time I try to, it is greyed out and I can't select it. I have searched the forums, and I keep seeing people say I need to be in "Export Mode" instead of performance. I don't see that anywhere. I have performance mode and normal mode. No Export mode. I have tried this on both RB 4.0.1 and 3.3.4... and it doesn't work on either. Is there another way to fix this? The program recognizes my thumb drive.

Hello Sam,

Do you see a pull down menu writing "PERFORMANCE" in the top left corner of rekordbox?

I saw the box you're referring to in the program's manual, but I do not have that. I am thinking it may have to do with my new thumb drive. I just got the new SanDisk Extreme 3.0. Even with just a folder of music on it, the CDJ 2000s I played on over the weekend wouldn't read it, and gave a message saying no USB or "Format Drive". If it is the thumb drive, that's really too bad. It's such an amazing drive.

Please make sure you formatted that drive with FAT32 or HFS+.

It is and has been. I have even reformatted it a couple times in between.

What OS are you using and how did you format the drive? Did you use any tool?

Originally formatted on El Capitan, but most recently on Windows 10.

I believe you cannot format 64GB drive in FAT32 on Windows 10. Did you used any 3rd party tool?
