[Solved] DDJ-SX2 Not Recognized

I'm running Win 7 x64 with 16GB RAM

I've installed 4.0.2, uninstalled 4.0.1 and no change.

@Marc > In rekordbox, go to PERFORMANCE mode, open the Preferences and go to the Audio tab. At the very bottom, do you see the DDJ-SX2 listed under the Control Device Information box?

I show the Master and Phones Output Channels as DDJ-SX2 I don't see anywhere that indicates "Control Device Information"

The Pioneer DDJ_SX1 ASIO is the selected audio device.

@Marc > You don't seem to have the PERFORMANCE mode, which is exactly why you're not seeing the Control Device Information section... did you already use the 30 day trial?

I originally installed 4.0.0 on 10/19 as I was awaiting the arrival of my new SX2 (I decided to not go with the RX only to give myself a few options as I was currently on VDJ8. Perhaps not having the device plugged in mucked it up.

I did a clean install that included removal of the %appdata%\Pioneer and PioneerLog folders as well as cleaning any Rekordbox application settings within the registry.

Reinstalled 4.0.2 and now see Performance Mode and the accompanying settings options within the Preferences tab.

Now I can begin a working trial. Thank You.
