If your i5 is a quad-core, the maximum CPU usage is actually 400%, I wouldn't worry about it.

Rekordbox DJ / CPU usage is high
I'm using MacBook Pro 17"(Yosemite), Intel Core i5, 2,53 GHz, RAM 8 GB, 1TB SSD.
When I open Rekordbox DJ, CPU show's program usage is 65% and there is not connected my DJM900 nexus and CDJ's. Any ideas?

Thanx. Unfortunately total Number of Cores is 2 in my MacBook Pro :)

It does tend to run a bit "hot," but they are working to reduce its idle workload.

You got two cores it means that RB is using 65% divided by two = 32.5% and that is pretty good for a 17" mbp with i5 processor.
