Mixer play from one channel only.

Hi , I used pionner cdj-350 on Tractor pro 2 software , my mixer type is Vestax vmc-004 xlu and i connect via usb hub to my laptop (Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5) i have download and past the mapping files on Tractor also and the cdj/xdj aggregator but my mixer play both decks from 1 channel only . Cdjs is also update it to the last version by firmware update. Any idea to solve this issue ?
