I just purchased an XDJ-RX. I'm analyzing and organizing my song library using Rekordbox 4.01 then updated to 4.02. In 3 days, I lost (2) 32gb thumb drives then tried to backup my songs on a 500G external hard drive which had extremely valuable audio and video files also on it. I can no longer access any files on these drives. Please fix Rekordbox so it no longer does this. Please do not try to pass it off as a problem with my computer or drives. Both thumb drives were brand new, and my expansion drive, which I used for extra storage for studio and video editing worked fine until I put my Rekordbox/Pioneer music library on it as a backup. I'm trying to enjoy this $1500 machine but losing my files from the past month of live sound jobs has taken the joy right out of it.
I can't even format the usb drives to try to use them again, total waste of my money there. I do not want to lose any more drives to this software, my files are too valuable. Please fix Rekordbox. Thanks

- What OS are you running on, Windows?
- How cannot you access the drives? Can you access by OS? Can you access by rekordbox in Export mode? When you cannot and when you can?
- Have you export data to the usb drives by using the rekordbox?
