Can't analyze tracks in Rekordbox3

Hi Pulse trying to follow instructions regarding this isssue (see below)

Okay, I need you to go to Finder and press Shift + Command + G and enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox
Open the rekordbox3.settings file, and scroll down to find the line containing:

<VALUE name="pioneerDirectory" val="
Chances are yours will read:
<VALUE name="pioneerDirectory" val="/Users/laura/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox"/>
Change it to read:
<VALUE name="pioneerDirectory" val="/Users/Titus1mac/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox"/>
Save the file, close the editor, re-open rekordbox and try importing a new track, see if that works properly.

It wont let me open the settings? Found them in pioneer rekordbox datafile on laptop but no way to enter the file?
