Hi,
With the XDJ-R1, the latest update (1.7) fixed a bug that stopped random tracks going into emergency loop mode. I am having the same issue with my XDJ 1000's and was wondering if there was going to be a similar fix in a potential 1.6 update?
Cheers

@pulse > Thanks for the update mate, appreciate it :)
@Jack > The engineers are a bit confused - the latest firmware of XDJ-R1 should be 1.12 instead of 1.7 and it does not have emergency loop function. If you meant XDJ-RX, the latest firmware is 1.80, but only when a USB device or LAN cable are disconnected during playback, does it start the emergency loop.
@Pulse > Hi mate, sorry, I might have got a bit confused. Basically, the problem that is happening in this post...
...happens to me on some tracks.
In the post, the guy said the problem was resolved in version 1.70 and that was what I was referring to. Hope this helps explain my problem a bit more?
Cheers.
@Jack > The engineers note that the XDJ-RX and XDK-1000 are different enough that this is not a related issue, even if the symptoms are similar. They would like to know the following information:
Transcend JF V30/2GB, Pioneer DJ Link cable, firmware 1.12
MP3 files analyzed
Just played one track and when I tried to reload next track, XDJ ocassionally takes a lot of time to reload it, so other deck is going to emergency loop.
Quantize Off, Auto Cue On
I don't remember the number or alphabet.
It looks like the issue is probably your USB drive. Please try a different make / model drive and see if the issue persists.
