Failed to connect to audio error

Hi everybody, last month I bought the Pioneer DDJ SX. Since the first time I connected it to the PC serato writes the failed to connect to audio error. I've searched on the internet for help and asked on serato forum but everyone told me that I have to disconnect/connect the usb cable as many time serato recognizes it. It's very annoying because everytime I have to connect/disconnect the cable until serato recognizes him (it can take to 5 minutes!!).
The controller is updated with the latest firmware and Serato dj too.
I don't thinkit's a problem of the pc specs because it is a 4core i7 with 8gb ram.
I'd like if someone can help me with this frustrating issue.
