if you're in Performance mode the sticks are not seen
in export mode if its not seen then most likely it is formatted wrong, It Must be FAT to HFS+. Some may come NTFS which Rekordbox cannot read

Rekordbox does not recognize my USB stick
Hi there,
I wasted a lot of money on USB sticks because they are not being detected by Rekordbox. When I plug it in my laptop the laptop recognizes it and I can also transfer files, however when I open my Rekordbox software I dont even see the USB stick indicated :(
Gladly I made another backup but else I would have lost all my thousands of music files and playlists.
Can you please tell me how to solve this?
