US DJM900NXS voltage

Hi all, I recently bought a DJM900NXS in USA, and brought it to Argentina, here we have 220V so I'm using a transformer to go from 220V to 110V, I read Pulse stating that if the DJM said 110V it should ONLY be plugged to 110V (which sounds pretty logical) but also I read somewhere that some of the units where multivoltage even though they didn't said that (which also sounds pretty logic from the product design and construction point of view, doesn't make much sense nowadays to build such a low power appliance in only 110V or 220V... So, if I could get rid of the transformer I would be really happy carring one less item, and also not being so worried everytime double checking that nobody connected it wrong, but I'm not willing to test it on my mixer. Thanks in advance.

@Matias > I can't offer you advice that may ruin your hardware even if you've heard otherwise or have opened your mixer to verify ... if the back of the mixer says 110V, I would only connect a 110V source.

what about replacing the 110v transformer inside the mixer with a 220v model transformer?
