Pad effects in a loop & Track Time

Yet another one to the list, It may of already been mentioned by another user but I'd like to be able to use pad effects while in a auto/manual loop without it exiting the loop.....

Also can we have to option to permenately change the track time (count up/elapse) and have that saved in prefs....its becoming very annoying to have to change it everytime I open RB.
