DDJ-SX2 Platter position indicator not in sync with Traktor

Hi

My problem is that when I'm trying to Scratch with the platters I use the position indicator LED's to pull back to the start of the sample but as I scratch (and then try to pull back to the start of the sample) the sample isn't in the same position as it was in relation to the indicators. It works fine with Serato but I want to use Traktor.

I've tried adjusting the sensitivity of the jog wheels but that still doesn't get it in sync.

Any Ideas?
