Color FX just not work inglês sometimes

Hello
I have a problem with a pioneer XDJ R1. Sometimes the color FX just does not work.
In ipad the problem ia the same.
I upgraded to 1.12 but the problem continue.
What should I do to fix that?

I use remotebox too.
The color FX are really important in transitions .
