RMX-500 - getting around the CDJ-2000nxs SYNC problem

I used my RMX-500 fine with CDJ-2000s (although with a slight jog-wheel adjustment when switching between channels), but when I tried using it with the new NXS decks in sync mode, the lag causes a train wreck. You have to unsync and manually adjust.

Ive been trying to find out the various ways you can use the unit connected directly to the PC via USB but the web is short on info. Is there a way that the USB can be used to create a digital connection thereby eliminating the lag?
