Do you get any volume from the booth out put or the headphone jack? have you tried different master out cables, or tried the second master out RCAs?

DDJ-SX2 Master Level No Sound
Turned on my ddjsx2 and i get no output on the master. All four decks show that they are playing music but no activity on the master level and no sound output. It was working earlier today...
I have the latest firmware and driver
Using PC and Serato. If i switch to Virtual DJ i get headphones but still no activity on the master level.
I bought the deck 3 days ago... any suggestions ?

i am using RCA output (Master2) Switched the cables no sound.
Head phones - no sound
Booth out- No sound
No lights on the master sound.
All four decks show sound when I load and play them.

I have same problem it worked fine I have lights but no RCA output
