Mixed up albums/tracks on import

Hi Guys, hope someone could assist, Just loaded win8.1 on my Laptop this weekend, however when I import albums to rekord box, they get mixed up into other ablums already loaded into the software. This is frustrating as now you have to HUNT for it up and down the window pane, can anybody let me know how to rectify this annoying issue.
