ddjsx sound

Hi . The sound on my ddjsx will not work with both left and right rca and xlr output plugged into the house system . But left or right by itself works ok . It's like when connected together they cancel each other out and reduces the sound . Not software issue and same if using the cdplayer mode .

hi, try to use Unbalanced RCA Jackes, also if you play on a bigger sound System, use a DI-Box with GND Lift enabled between your Controller and the Main-Mix throe the PA.
Otherwise your RCA-Cabels are in an not so well condition. please check that also.
