Are you setting the controller in update mode by holding the left side SHIFT and SYNC while powering it on?

Firmware DDJ RZ
Hi i got the message below, describing that i need to update the firmware for the DDJRZ,
But in the download page doesnt appear any firmware update, just the drivers and rekordbox updates for diferent OS versions. Please help me with firmware file to update my unit.

Hi John, the problem is that the firmware file is not available on the download section
This is the download page for the DDJ RZ. No firnware file for donwload only software and drivers
this is the same donwlod page but for the DDJ SZ, where you got the firmware file.
