hot CUE problem - DDJ SR

When a press a left Hot Cue, the right play starts! I can´t to find a pioneer service dj in São Paulo, Brazil, only a automotive pioneer, please help me!

Iam also from Brazil, i know a technical assistance at the adress: Rua do horto,32. Tremembé, 9.00 ~12.00 and 13.30 ~ 17.00
My Sr have the same problem

Greetings from San Antonio, TX. I'm experiencing the same problem. When I push the hot cue button on the left deck the right deck instantly loads the song highlighted in my library. And the sampler light is on. This is my first day with my controller. Is this normal?

I've had the same problem with my SR. Had to send it to the authorised Pioneer repair company here in Holland. They had to replace my unit's PCB, and when I got it back, I deleted everything of my SR (drivers and firmware and I also use another USB port) from my computer and re-installed it. Now my SR works like it is brandnew out of the box. Luckily the waranty period hadn't expired yet.

So better check the pioneer dj website for your local authorized Pioneer repair guys and have it serviced.
