Rekordbox 3 not working with my itunes also cannot analyze the files

Hi there, I am also having the same problem trying to get files analyzed and I have read the previous forum questions concerning it. When I follow the instructions to get files analyzed, there is no folder called Pioneer in my Application support folder. How do you do fix this? Also, my Itunes folder cannot sync the playlists. Trying to use Rekordbox 3 and itunes ver 11.4, Mac version 10.9.5. I can't even drag songs into my usb when using Rekordbox. Please help!
